Martin Furukawa has driven multiple businesses to success amongst a wide range of industries. As an entrepreneur, he has a diverse portfolio, as he has experience in construction, transportation, agriculture, import/export, environment and the finally, real estate. Before establishing his businesses in Lima, Martin lived in Japan and the United States where he broadened his global perspective while solidifying his business knowledge.

DAMANI
Prashray completed his MBA at HEC Paris. After graduate school, he worked for a consulting company in Dubai. Previously, he was selected as part of the leadership and technology rotation program at American Airlines, where he worked on key post-merger projects between American and US Airways. During his time at American, Prashray was mentored by the C-suite level. He graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a BS in Aerospace Engineering, with a concentration in economics and business.
